As some of you know, The Odds disbanded in November of 2006. We have good news! The Odds have reformed with the original (*) lineup: Derek on keys, Matt on guitar, Severino on Bass, Keith on drums, and Ricky on Latin American and all other kinds of percussion. This all came about during the almost year long hiatus. Keith, Sev, Kevin, Derek, Ricky, and Matt all began other projects: Sev and Matt joined Leah and the Mojo Doctors, Keith and Sev joined The Dave Stiles Band. Sev, along with his daughter Candice, formed Half Scorpio, and Kevin has pursued several other projects. Derek and Ricky continued to play duo shows. Also during this time Keith, Sev, Matt, and Ricky decided to keep jamming as a side project. In August, Derek asked if he could join in, and The Odds were reborn. The Odds first show is Saturday September 8th at the Boom Boom Room on Dickson in Fayetteville, with more shows to come. Please come out to this show to show your support! We haven't talked Ricky into swallowing a live gold fish yet, but the music should make the night out worth it! (*) Actually, Tim Patterson was The Odds first guitarist, and we still play many songs written during those days. We will add a full history and timeline of The Odds soon...
